This is a personal service; clients can contact me directly via e-mail or phone. All questions
will be answered personally by the Master Goldsmith Hendrick Locke. Calls will be returned at such
a time and date requested by the client. Meetings in person will be arranged to suite both Hendrick
Locke and the client within his location.
Presentation
Standard boxes and sundries are available but if needed specially designed boxes in various media
can be designed and manufactured, extra charges apply.
Delivery
Items can be delivered or collected personally. On the clients request items can be send by secured registered mail through royal mail.
H C Locke designs can also send items by e- couriers. Extra charges apply depending on the location of the client.
Return Policy
All creations are checked personally and QC'ed by an external specialist to ensure quality.
All items must be checked on delivery. Please contact me immediately, in the unlikely event of damage or sizing problems.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied you may return the goods within 7 days (EU 9 days and US 14 days), unworn in
perfect condition, complete with all accessories, packaging and proof of purchase and I will be happy to offer a possible change in
the design or a full refund less the cost of the P&P (please see exceptions below)
Please contact me prior to returning an item with details of the problem. Returns must be sent via the
Royal Mail's 'Special Delivery' service and insured for the full cost of the item within the time stated. I cannot be responsible for
lost or misdirected returns if they are returned by normal or recorded post.
Items that cannot be returned
Commissions
- Jewellery that has been specially created to your own requirements and signed off by the client cannot be returned.
Earrings
- I regret that for hygiene reasons Under UK Health and Safety law, pierced earrings cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
